At the heart of this year’s festivities is acclaimed Australian artist Janine Daddo, whose vibrant art is like poetry taking shape on canvas, where each brushstroke seems to capture a fragment of eternity which will bring new life to Adelaide’s premier lifestyle precinct. Known for her bold use of colour and dreamlike imagery, Daddo’s art captures the very essence of joy, connection, and timeless love - qualities that perfectly reflect the spirit of King William Road at Christmas.

Janine’s paintings are more than art, they are experiences, her colours glowing with warmth and vitality like a summer sunset. Figures float between dream and reality, lovers dance weightlessly in a timeless embrace, and emotions flow freely, unbound. Love in her work is not simply depicted - it is felt, an energy that transforms fleeting moments into fragments of infinite beauty. They embody the warmth, vitality and celebration of life that we will see come alive on King William Road each festive season.

The celebrations officially commence on Saturday 29 Novemberwith a street party launch event. Visitors will be invited to immersethemselves in an daytime into evening of live music, outdoor dining,family-friendly activities, and festive entertainment. Highlights will includea treasure hunt for the Christmas star, pop-up surprises, and magicalexperiences designed to delight all ages.

Festivities Commence from midday, with main stage shows onOpey Avenue commencing from 1.00pm and concluding at 9.00pm.

Throughout the day into night there will be entertainment onstage from solo artist's, duo's, jazz band, choir, Dj's and dance performances plus there will be live music DJ's, solo artists, duos at participating venues along King William Road.
