STH is a beautifully crafted train-inspired restaurant and is a must-do presentation of seasonally inspired dishes. Situated at the city-side of King William Road, its design draws inspiration from the classic brassieres and bistros of Europe and is grounded in the Italian heritage of its owner, Mark Zito. STH offers a fusion menu curated from local produce and produces a menu that is cultivated and procured from Zito’s family farm in the Barossa Valley.
